Do you work with international clients?
Yes. x2Clouds is based in Pakistan and works remotely. We agree working-hour overlap, communication and any customer requirements before starting.
Can you provide round-the-clock support?
We can discuss the coverage you need. Staffing, response targets, escalation and scope must be agreed and resourced before they become a support commitment.
How do you price the work?
We agree scope, deliverables, dependencies and fees before starting. Reviews, implementation and ongoing support have different requirements, so the arrangement follows the work.
